Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment using industrial packing equipment and materials.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment as required.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
