Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and workstations.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on new software updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college program (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or recent graduate.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical diagnostics.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
