- Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock counts and process incoming deliveries with precision and speed.
- Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, efficient support to evening shoppers and assist with locating products.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom at all times.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and visual merchandising directives strictly.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-centric demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
