Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently according to protocols.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
