As a member of our night operations team, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods, maintain high safety standards, and contribute to a dynamic work environment. We value reliability and offer a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight efficiently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in our warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle customer packages with care and verify delivery accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans facility.
