Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages and merchandise according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to ensure a clutter-free and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a reliable attendance record.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
