Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before they leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using proper handling equipment.
- Complete daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
