Responsibilities
- Efficient Operations: Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and speed.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, ensuring 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and WMS systems to maintain accurate stock levels and documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to strict OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift leads to ensure seamless workflow continuity and resolve any bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Licensing: Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar) on a consistent basis.
