Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve artisanal coffee, pastries, and seasonal menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Stock and organize supplies for peak evening operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
