Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations
- Process payments and manage POS systems efficiently
- Prepare and serve signature beverages and menu items
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and security teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Support inventory management during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
