Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operations (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain pristine venue standards and safety protocols
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Evening/night shift availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Flexibility to cover weekends/holidays as needed
