Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with evening team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance during and after closing
- Support special evening events and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Evening availability essential (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
