Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and accountability.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist with bagging purchases and keeping the cart area tidy.
- Responsible for processing returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
