Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure a neat and organized store appearance.
- Perform routine store maintenance and cleaning duties during the shift.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Assist in opening or closing the store as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
