Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process cash and credit transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain visual displays according to company standards.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and daily cash reconciliation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe for all visitors at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
