Responsibilities
- Process high-value cash, credit, and cryptocurrency transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and relationship building
- Operate advanced POS systems while maintaining security protocols for cash handling
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Participate in inventory reconciliation and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain a pristine, luxury-standard checkout environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end retail or cash handling experience
- Proven expertise with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail with cash reconciliation experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with affluent clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling large cash volumes
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Background check and basic financial literacy verification required
