- Process customer payments efficiently using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and issue resolution
- Operate scanners, scales, and other retail equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Process returns/exchanges and apply store policies consistently
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and basic math skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash/transactions
