Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage evening operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift to maintain consistent operational standards.
- Ensure the workspace meets all health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Mentor new hires and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
