Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to shoppers during high-traffic evening and weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately at the POS system, handling cash and credit payments with high attention to detail.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store operations during off-peak hours.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and inventory checks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
