Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about merchandise.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual standards to keep the store looking appealing.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (current students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency for handling money and calculating totals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
