Responsibilities
- Brand promotion on university campuses through pop-up events and social media
- Execute in-store demonstrations and product sampling campaigns
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Coordinate with campus clubs and organizations for partnerships
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials
- Assist with weekend sales floor operations as needed
- Participate in monthly team strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Chicago-area university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for 15-25 hours weekly (evenings/weekends)
- Strong social media proficiency (Instagram/TikTok)
- Valid student ID and reliable transportation
- Passion for retail and brand advocacy
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Previous customer service experience a plus
