Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the evening team to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
- Manage daily store procedures, including opening, closing, and security checks.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with day-shift management on weekly goals and team strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
