Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and orders.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
