Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Operations: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing transactions accurately and handling cash and card payments.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms pristine, organized, and safe for all visitors.
- Communication: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and accurate inventory counts.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Integrity: Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
