Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and via phone
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during evening shifts
- Assist with visual merchandising displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with evening staff to maintain store cleanliness
- Support opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Availability 4 PM - 10 PM, including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis location
