Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during evening hours.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations transition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
