Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the evening shift.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and providing recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
