Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update accurate customer information into our CRM and database systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of support.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have reliable transportation (mandatory for evening shifts).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
