Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Cross-train with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Provide feedback on common customer pain points to help improve our products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation (optional, but preferred for shift changes).
