- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual standards for the sales floor.
- Keep the checkout area and aisles clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
