Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Assist in inventory management and periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
