Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Fresno location, answering inquiries and guiding them to products.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and credit payments responsibly.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the morning and evening shifts to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Inventory: Assist with receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and preparing items for the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Students Welcome!
