Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain a professional appearance.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning and afternoon shifts to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and organizing inventory displays.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
