Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries regarding services.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockrooms in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policy and procedure.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves during quiet periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for everyone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
