Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Upsell specialty cocktails, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine dining area standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year table service experience in high-volume restaurant
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy
- Positive attitude under pressure during busy evening rushes
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
