Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding table service with attentiveness and professionalism
- Accurately take and process customer orders using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM, including weekends)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment handling
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Ocean Avenue location
