Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Upsell specialty dishes, beverages, and seasonal offerings
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and positively
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere during busy shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
