Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening dinner hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Upsell signature dishes and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness throughout shift
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with warm, authentic NOLA hospitality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of food safety and beverage service protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (TABC certification a plus)
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card required
