Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during dinner and late-night hours
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Manage table rotation and maintain station cleanliness
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Complete end-of-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (CA certification provided)
