Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine dining standards through table bussing and restocking
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professional problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- San Diego Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- TAMS or equivalent alcohol service certification
- Positive attitude and passion for exceptional guest service
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
