Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/beverage orders and recommendations
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover between guests
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service execution
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all health/safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM weekdays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
