Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to evening guests with warm professionalism
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine dining areas and sanitation standards
- Upsell specialty menu items and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Closeout duties including cash reconciliation
- Train new evening staff on service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts weekly
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 18+ with valid MN food handler permit
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
