Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and table turnover
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Flexible availability evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- TX Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
