Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards throughout shifts
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-pressure periods
Qualifications
- Previous serving or food service experience strongly preferred
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Basic knowledge of Chicago's culinary scene and wine pairings
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours during shifts
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
