Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment per client specifications
- Execute guest registration and credentialing processes
- Operate provided AV technology and interactive displays
- Enforce venue safety protocols with provided safety gear
- Coordinate with vendors using provided communication devices
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues with on-site support
- Manage crowd flow using provided directional signage
- Break down and secure all provided equipment post-event
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with provided footwear
- Strong communication skills with provided radio training
- Reliable transportation to Lincoln event venues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech literacy for operating provided equipment
- Professional appearance with provided uniform standards
- Must pass background check (equipment access requires clearance)
