Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced food service environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and extraction methods
- Expertise in espresso machine calibration and maintenance
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods
- Food Handler and ServSafe certifications required
