Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage guest orders and dietary requirements
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer/craft cocktails
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Must be 18+ years old
