Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate POS system and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional multitasking and memory skills
- Passion for New Orleans hospitality culture
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service permit
