Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, efficient hospitality
- Manage guest orders through POS systems with precision
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance revenue
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak evening hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash registers
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and able to work evenings (4PM-11PM)
- Basic food safety certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with frequent bending
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude under high-volume conditions
- Reliable transportation to Strip location
- Valid work authorization required
