Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments through POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean and well-stocked dining stations
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
